RD Service is looking for a Senior Information Security Lead to drive the strategic development and expansion of security for our stable, internationally-focused trading company. In this central function, you will analyze our existing security posture, identify vulnerabilities, and shape the security roadmap during our digital transformation journey.
What You'll Do
- Analyze the existing security level and identify vulnerabilities.
- Further develop policies, standards, and governance structures.
- Co-design and steer the security roadmap.
- Conduct risk analyses and prioritize measures.
- Work closely with IT, specialist departments, and management.
- Report to the management and the Information Security Board (ISB).
- Sensitize and train employees.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in the field of Information Security.
- Solid knowledge of ISO 27001 / NIST or comparable frameworks.
- Experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance.
- Ability to identify vulnerabilities early and solve them in a structured manner.
- Very good English; good German is sufficient.
- Strategic thinking with pragmatic implementation.
Team & Environment
You will be a central function reporting to management and the Information Security Board (ISB), collaborating with an established IT team of approximately 10 people. The company culture is economically very stable, with clear management support for security and an international orientation.
