EX Squared is hiring a Senior Information Assurance Manager to lead our security governance and compliance efforts. This is a full-time, fully remote position requiring residency in Estonia.

What You'll Do

• Develop, implement, and manage the information assurance program and policies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Lead risk assessments and vulnerability management processes.
• Design and oversee security awareness training for the organization.
• Manage incident response planning and coordinate security audits.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in information security, risk management, or assurance.
• Proven experience managing security compliance programs (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and security controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Legal right to work and reside in Estonia.

Work Mode

This role is fully remote, but you must be based in Estonia. We operate with a high degree of autonomy and trust.
