What You'll Do
Lead the development and execution of influencer marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and contribute to business growth. Identify and collaborate with influencers who reflect the values of a purpose-driven brand focused on early childhood development.
Manage all stages of influencer engagement—from initial outreach and negotiation to ongoing relationship nurturing—ensuring each interaction feels personal and genuine. Track key performance metrics and use insights to refine strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
Stay informed about key life moments among influencers, such as new parenthood, to build meaningful connections. Organize and maintain detailed records of partnerships and deliver regular updates on campaign progress and impact.
Design and oversee affiliate programs using platforms like Grin, and coordinate content creation for both organic and paid channels. Tag and repurpose user-generated content across brand touchpoints to amplify reach and authenticity.
Produce performance reports that highlight engagement trends, conversion data, and return on investment, helping guide future marketing decisions.
Requirements
- Experience working with influencers in the UK market, with an established network of contacts
- 3–4 years of marketing experience with brands in the children’s, lifestyle, or fashion space
- Hands-on experience managing influencer affiliate programs using tools such as Grin
- Strong understanding of social media trends and influencer culture
- Familiarity with paid social strategies, including content boosting and whitelisting
- Background in influencer seeding and product outreach programs
- Passion for early childhood development and deep empathy for parents’ experiences
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
- Proven ability to manage relationships with creators and stakeholders
- Proficiency in social listening tools, analytics platforms, and marketing technology
- Resourceful communicator who can initiate authentic conversations at scale
- Bachelor’s degree required
