CLEAResult Consulting Inc. is hiring a Senior HVAC Outreach Specialist to drive awareness and adoption of targeted energy-efficient HVAC technologies. You will be responsible for strategic market development, stakeholder satisfaction, and delivering on client goals for outreach activity and energy savings.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, educate, and develop relationships with local contractors to encourage effective program marketing.
- Create and execute outreach strategies to small business and large commercial/industrial customers.
- Develop and track strategies to meet outreach and program targets.
- Adjust outreach strategies based on program changes and effectiveness.
- Establish relationships with all stakeholders, including contractors, customers, and the utility client.
- Stay informed on emerging energy efficiency technologies.
- Perform event planning, coordination, and program presentations to stakeholders.
- Lead market research, accumulating data on businesses and identifying target customers.
- Manage the base of registered HVAC contractors participating in the programs.
- Prepare data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity reports and track progress towards program goals.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, such as working in energy efficiency programs, a technical role with contractors, or sales-related work.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Products and other outreach tools.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and maintain a clean driving record.
- Based in Fayetteville, Arkansas, or Northwest Arkansas for frequent travel within the territory.
