Brand Boosting GmbH is looking for a Senior HR Project & Process Manager (f/m/d) to directly shape our global growth journey. In this pivotal role, you will design and steer the HR setup for new regions, oversee key HR projects, and drive process improvements with a focus on scaling, automation, and AI.
What You'll Do
- Provide oversight and support for core HR processes and cross-functional project initiatives.
- Lead due diligence, evaluation, and implementation of new tools, projects, and processes, such as payroll improvements and global HR systems.
- Organize and steer HR aspects for opening new and recently established regions, including creating blueprints, managing stakeholders, employment models, contracts, benefits, and benchmarks.
- Organize and oversee key annual HR cycles, including performance reviews and salary increase processes.
- Champion the use of automation and AI within the HR team.
- Lead other special HR projects as required.
- Support HR teammates by offering expertise and hands-on help for operational matters and ad hoc needs.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of relevant HR experience.
- A proven track record of successfully leading and implementing large-scale projects end-to-end.
- A completed university degree in Business Administration, HR, or a comparable qualification with analytical and strategic coursework.
- Experience in a multi-company setting, collaborating across various regions during a period of significant growth and expansion.
- Broad knowledge of HR processes, cycles, HRIS systems, and operational HR topics.
- Strong expertise in project and stakeholder management and process optimization.
- A strong interest and desire to establish AI and automation within existing process structures.
- Strong analytical skills, a structured working style, and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively across departments and locations.
- English proficiency at a C1 level and German at B1 or above.
