This role partners with leadership to align people strategies with business goals, focusing on talent development, performance management, and culture initiatives during a phase of rapid expansion.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executives to define and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives
- Guide organizational design and structure decisions during periods of growth
- Support change management initiatives across technology and expansion teams
- Lead performance review cycles and provide coaching to managers
- Develop talent strategies including succession planning and leadership development
- Advise on employee relations issues and resolve workplace conflicts
- Partner with recruiting to ensure effective hiring practices and onboarding
- Identify skill gaps and recommend learning and development solutions
- Monitor workforce metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Drive engagement through regular feedback mechanisms and culture programs
- Manage complex HR cases with confidentiality and fairness
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across departments
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on team dynamics and performance
- Lead HR aspects of mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring when needed
- Translate business needs into scalable HR processes and frameworks
- Evaluate employee lifecycle experiences and recommend improvements
- Facilitate leadership offsites and team-building activities
- Track HR key performance indicators and report on people analytics
- Promote ethical HR practices and organizational integrity
