About the Role

Pfizer is looking for a Senior Health & Science Specialist, Cardiac Rare Disease to join our team. In this remote role based in Los Angeles and surrounding cities, CA, you will be responsible for targeting healthcare providers across IDN/Health Systems and group practice accounts to execute sales strategy for Vyndamax and raise ATTR-CM disease awareness. You’ll develop business plans, educate customers, and build strong relationships to achieve brand objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Target healthcare providers such as Cardiologists, Nuclear Medicine Specialists, and Advanced Practice Providers across IDN/Health Systems and group practice accounts.
  • Execute sales strategy for Vyndamax per approved indications and ATTR-CM disease awareness with appropriate customer stakeholders.
  • Develop in-depth sales business plans and define key performance metrics aligned to brand objectives.
  • Utilize advanced selling skills and approved brand messaging, tailoring it based on customer segment and needs.
  • Educate customers on the ATTR-CM disease area, diagnostic procedures, and the Vyndamax clinical profile to raise disease awareness and support patient identification.
  • Coordinate with other customer-facing teams and Subject Matter Experts to elevate the customer experience and meet customer needs.
  • Proactively gather insights from customers, understand market dynamics, and provide local insights to HQ colleagues.
  • Ensure effective and compliant utilization of promotional materials and selling activities.
  • Comply with all Corporate Policies and Procedures and conduct activities with integrity.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 5–10 years of previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated history of strong teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills with a history of applying market/customer insights to inform sales planning and execution.
  • Consistently follows and supports company policies.
  • Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, and the ability to advance and influence the acceptance of ideas.
  • Valid US driver’s license and a driving record in compliance with company standards.
  • Ability to travel domestically and stay overnight as necessary.

Nice to Have

  • Rare Disease and/or Specialty Cardiovascular experience and expertise strongly preferred.
  • Product launch experience preferred.
  • Hospital Sales experience preferred.

Team & Environment

This role reports into the Area Business Manager (ABM).

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary range: $101,500 - $245,400
  • 401(k) plan with Pfizer Matching Contributions and an additional Pfizer Retirement Savings Contribution.

Work Mode
