Softr is looking for a Senior Growth Marketer (Self-Serve) to help design, implement, and scale a high-impact marketing strategy for our self-serve product. You’ll define core growth strategies, build drivers for consistent growth, and work across all marketing channels in both B2B and B2C contexts.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and scale growth marketing strategies for all marketing channels (both B2B and B2C).
- Help increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Run experiments across different marketing channels to identify the most effective tactics.
- Measure the success of go-to-market strategy in user acquisition, retention, engagement, and monetization, defining and reporting on metrics regularly.
- Collaborate with the product team on in-product growth topics.
- Partner with the community on community-driven initiatives.
- Grow the Softr customer base through co-marketing opportunities and partnerships with third-party communities, agencies, educational institutions, incubators, accelerators, and tech newsletters/podcasts.
- Set goals and budgets, prioritize initiatives, and report on key metrics.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with horizontal, product-led growth (PLG) SaaS companies.
- Experience helping early-stage companies figure out scalable and defensible marketing acquisition channels and growing them to Series B stage and beyond.
- Breadth across all areas of growth marketing, with depth in some areas: content & SEO, email/lifecycle marketing, website management & conversion rate optimization, marketing operations, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand customer needs.
- Customer-centric mindset with experience building relationships with complex, multi-geographical customers.
- Urgency mindset, ability to act with speed while seeing the bigger picture.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, outstanding at multitasking, and able to operate effectively with ambiguity and change.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Strategic and scrappy, hands-on in building and executing in tools.

- Passion for no-code and automation and the audience Softr serves.
- Experience using no-code and automation platforms meaningfully (for work or side projects).
