ANA United States is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to provide team leadership, manage project completion, and act as a subject matter expert. You will collaborate across teams to align creative work with business objectives and support the growth and performance of the Graphics Team.
What You'll Do
- Assist the Team Lead with day-to-day operations and task management to achieve business goals.
- Provide guidance and support to the Graphics Team, ensuring they have necessary resources.
- Drive projects to completion through prioritization, work planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Liaise with other Senior Graphic Designers (sub-team leads) to ensure alignment between work groups.
- Facilitate talent acquisition to support the team's consistent growth.
- Collaborate with other teams, stakeholders, and senior leaders to identify business needs and align the graphic team's work.
- Delegate tasks to team members based on their individual skills and experience.
- Support internal programs on processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure high-quality work and measurable performance metrics.
- Collaborate with other Commercial Enablement Team Leaders to align on policy implementation and business support.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 10 years experience in graphics/multimedia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media OR equivalent experience OR proven graphic & multimedia design experience.
- Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud applications: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Experience in creating and editing videos with Adobe Premier Pro (Intermediate to Advanced) and Adobe After Effects (Intermediate to Advanced).
- Fundamental knowledge of Adobe Audition and Media Encoder.
- Creative flair, versatility, and conceptual ability.
- Demonstrated graphic design skills with a strong portfolio across print and digital assets.
- Up-to-date skills with fundamental Graphic/Multimedia design industry-leading software and technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, ideally Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Comprehensive knowledge of performance metrics.

- Insight and experience in other creative apps.
- UI/UX knowledge or experience.

Team & Environment
You will be part of a Graphics Team, collaborating with other Senior Graphic Designers (sub-team leads) and Commercial Enablement Team Leaders. This role reports to the Team Lead.
