Tripledot is looking for a Senior Game Designer to support and develop the growth of the Clockmaker project. You will manage mechanics, develop the metagame and economy, and work closely with the project team. What You'll Do

Manage the mechanics and game content development in accordance with the general concept of the game.
Take responsibility for results.
Develop and improve the project's metagame based on gathered statistics and analysis.
Develop and improve the in-game economy and monetization.
Calculate balance and analyze game statistics.
Create and control the Game Design Document (GDD).
Interact closely with the project team.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience as a game designer.
Experience working on match-3 projects or games for casual players.
Good understanding of the game market in casual games.
A portfolio of launched projects and experience working on them as a game designer.
Ability to work with analytical systems, understanding of product metrics, and ability to draw conclusions from data.
Experience creating and maintaining game documentation such as concept documents and game design documents.
Ability to clearly set goals and focus on results.
A proactive and energetic approach.
Knowledge of English at an intermediate level or above.

You will be working within the Belka Games studio as part of the Clockmaker project team.
