Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops to identify business needs and define solution approaches
- Set up and implement Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations features and modules
- Keep solution design records and project documentation current and accurate
- Analyze client processes against standard system capabilities and guide proof-of-concept efforts
- Write detailed functional specifications for system modifications and enhancements
- Support end-to-end data transfer, including master, historical, and transactional records
- Design test cases and manage conference room pilot and user acceptance testing phases
- Produce system user guides and conduct training sessions for end users
- Build financial reports and reporting hierarchies aligned with client requirements
- Offer continuous post-deployment support and recommendations for system improvements
- Support sales activities by demonstrating solutions and outlining technical strategies
