Nexthink is looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer specializing in experience automation. You will focus on creating dynamic, step-by-step automations that leverage the Nexthink web interface to empower IT teams and enhance digital employee experience (DEX). Your work will be central to designing workflows that enable the right actions at the right time.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, deliver, and validate product features.
- Help improve the team architecture, design, and development best practices.
- Handle L3 support requests together with the rest of the team.
- Participate actively in the technology roadmap.
- Work with an agile iterative/incremental mindset and participate actively in team ceremonials.
What We're Looking For
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with strong ability to design, implement, test, and maintain product features end-to-end.
- High proficiency in modern Java for backend development.
- Good experience with frontend technologies, ideally ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of API design, discovery, and integration of 3rd party APIs (REST, GraphQL) including resilience and pagination.
- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP; AWS preferred).
- Comfortable using Git and CI/CD build tools.
- Passion for continuous improvement, lean processes, and high-quality engineering.
- Motivation to tackle complex technical challenges and learn new technologies.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Practical knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong refactoring and test automation abilities.
- Experience with observability tools like Datadog.
- Exposure to or experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, tools, or integrations.
