- Develop and sustain full-stack features, from Go-based backend services supporting agentic workflows and tool integrations to refined frontend interfaces that deliver AI functionality
- Create APIs and service interfaces that securely and efficiently integrate AI features into the core product at scale
- Deliver robust, multi-phase workflow orchestrations with high reliability and comprehensive observability
- Design and implement frontend components that use AI to streamline and improve equity management processes
- Optimize system performance across layers, including caching strategies, database efficiency, and responsive user interface design
