Pulley is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer, AI to build and integrate AI capabilities across our core equity platform. You will own end-to-end delivery, from backend services orchestrating agentic workflows to frontend experiences that bring AI-powered features to life, working closely with product and design to improve our product.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain features end-to-end, from backend services in Go to polished TypeScript/React frontend experiences.
Implement APIs and service interfaces that connect AI capabilities to our core product reliably and at scale.
Ship complex, multi-step workflow orchestration with strong reliability and observability.
Build frontend features that leverage AI to enhance and simplify equity workflows for users.
Drive performance improvements across the stack, including caching, database optimization, and responsive UI.
Mentor junior engineers on best practices and system design.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of full-stack engineering experience building production systems.
Strong proficiency in Go and TypeScript/React, or equivalent balanced backend and frontend experience.
Experience integrating LLMs or AI capabilities into production applications.
Familiarity with agentic frameworks and tool orchestration patterns.
Solid API design skills and experience with service-to-service communication.
Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and system observability in production.
Clear communicator who can turn product requirements into well-scoped technical plans.
