In this role, you'll explore and expand the boundaries of AI-native experiences - developing innovative interaction interfaces, constructing no-code tools for educators, and implementing scalable deployment systems for educational institutions. **Examples of Work** - Design adaptive AI-native interfaces that transform dynamically based on learning contexts - Develop core application builder features enabling educators to create AI apps through natural language - Implement real-time collaborative features for concurrent application development - Construct autonomous AI agent systems targeting educational objectives - Create versatile voice interfaces and mobile experiences functioning across diverse technological environments - Build discovery platforms facilitating application sharing and community remix - Develop integrations with prevalent educational platforms and technologies **Expectations** - Execute comprehensive feature development across technology stack - Rapidly prototype and validate innovative solutions - Continuously evaluate emerging web technologies - Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams - Produce rigorous documentation and testing - Engage in collaborative technical practices **Qualifications** - 5+ years developing production web applications - Expertise in modern React frameworks and TypeScript - Proficient backend service development - Strong database and API integration skills - Effective cross-functional communication - Adaptable to dynamic, collaborative work environments - Exceptional remote collaboration capabilities **Bonus Qualifications** - AI interface design experience - Educational technology background - Framework proficiency - Accessibility and internationalization expertise - Learning management system integration knowledge - Real-time collaborative technology understanding **Technologies** TypeScript, Remix (React), Node, PostgreSQL, Neo4J, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, WebSockets, NewRelic Compensation Range: $140K - $180K
