NEXU is hiring a Senior FullStack Engineer to play a key role in our technological evolution. You will be responsible for leading the strategic adoption of AI in our product and designing robust, scalable architectures that directly impact our business, operations, and user experience.

What You'll Do

Lead the strategic adoption of AI in the product: from implementing models in cloud platforms like Vertex AI, Azure AI, or AWS Sagemaker to building production-ready architectures with embeddings and RAG pipelines.
Design robust and scalable architectures, making technical decisions that directly impact business, operations, and user experience.
Build and lead end-to-end solutions (Frontend + Backend) that support real operations and accelerated growth.
Design advanced data models (SQL and NoSQL) optimized for consistency, performance, and product evolution.
Define security, performance, and DevOps strategies from the design stage: CI/CD, observability, access management, environments, and best practices to enable frictionless scaling.
Design clear, maintainable, and scalable APIs (REST/GraphQL), caring for contracts, versioning, and integration experience.
Solve complex technical challenges and elevate the team's technical standard.
Guide and mentor other developers, collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Data to turn opportunities into real solutions.

What We're Looking For

+5 years building and leading full stack projects that are in production.
Solid experience designing modern architectures (modular monoliths, microservices, or hybrids).
Mastery of at least one complete stack (e.g., Node + React or Python + React or similar).
Experience implementing generative AI or machine learning models in production.
Security and DevOps as part of the system design, not as an afterthought patch.
Experience collaborating closely with product teams under agile methodologies.
