We are seeking a seasoned Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead the development of sophisticated business applications using Laravel and ReactJS. In this fully remote role, you will play a central part in architecting, building, and refining systems that meet demanding enterprise requirements.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement full-stack features using PHP, Laravel, and ReactJS, ensuring scalability and maintainability
- Optimize database performance through MySQL query profiling and schema refinement
- Develop and enhance RESTful APIs to support seamless integration across services
- Execute complex data migrations and ensure data integrity across systems
- Integrate custom applications with third-party web services using secure authentication methods, including OAuth and JWT
- Collaborate with distributed team members using Agile methodologies, supported by tools like Jira and Git
- Write comprehensive tests using PHPUnit, PHPSpec, and Behat to support test-driven development and ensure code quality
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building applications with Laravel and ReactJS, including advanced features such as Middleware, Service Containers, and Collections
- Strong command of PHP and MySQL, with a focus on performance optimization and clean architecture
- Hands-on experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with test-driven development and unit testing frameworks
- Proficiency in version control using Git and experience working within Agile environments
- Excellent written and spoken English with a collaborative mindset
- Self-motivated approach with a commitment to solving difficult technical problems
Preferred Skills
- Experience implementing OAuth and JWT-based authentication flows
