Nabla is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to play a critical role in scaling our AI-driven healthcare platform. You will take ownership of key back-end systems, collaborate closely with product and machine learning teams, and help shape our technical infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and evolve our server-side applications and APIs
- Lead complex integrations with external partners, especially Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Continuously improve and optimize our back-end architecture and developer experience
- Guide architectural discussions and influence long-term technical decisions
- Collaborate closely with Machine Learning, Product, and Front-End teams to deliver impactful end-to-end features
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to scaling the engineering culture
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of industry experience in back-end or full-stack engineering
- Strong foundations in computer science or a related discipline
- Proficient in one or more widely used back-end languages (Java, Kotlin, Go, C++, Python, etc.) and front-end frameworks (React, Vue, etc)
- Deep experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable APIs and distributed systems
- Comfortable driving architectural decisions and technical strategy
- Write clean, maintainable code and have high standards for software quality
- Communicate clearly in English
Nice to Have
- GraphQL and OpenAPI experience
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, security/compliance, or healthcare data standards (FHIR)

Team & Environment
You will join the Platform team, which focuses on Infrastructure, Back-End, and APIs, within a 20-person engineering organization. The team collaborates closely with Product Managers and other engineering domains like Apps and Core teams.
