Xero is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to contribute to our platform by designing, building, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will work across the technology stack to deliver features and improvements that support our users.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and build product features
- Mentor other engineers and participate in code reviews
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer developing production applications
- Strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies
- Experience with modern software development practices, including CI/CD and agile methodologies
- Ability to design and architect complex systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Work Mode
This is a hybrid role. You can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, or Remote within Australia.
