CodeLink is hiring a Senior Full-stack Developer to build scalable and high-performance web and mobile solutions across diverse projects and industries. You will design and implement back-end APIs, work on both web and mobile products, and apply best practices and new technologies.

What You'll Do

Work on Web and Mobile products for diverse clients and industries.
Pair program with other developers to build applications with Python, Node.js, and ReactJS.
Design and implement back-end APIs using Python or Node.JS.
Work with Product Owners to convert business requirements into technical designs.
Cooperate with UI designers to implement modern minimalist designs into production.
Apply proven technologies and best practices like NestJS and Redux to level up your technical skills.
Learn new languages and frameworks to improve yourself and stay current.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in backend development using Python and/or NodeJS.
3+ years of experience in frontend development using ReactJS or similar frameworks.
Proven expertise in designing RESTful APIs, scalable web architecture, and deploying to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Hands-on experience with Python or integrating AI/ML solutions into web applications.
Strong working knowledge of relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
Familiarity with Extreme Programming (XP) practices such as Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and code refactoring.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience leading project teams through the full life cycle of software development.
Experience supporting other team tasks such as mentoring, creating proposals, and designing project architecture.

Nice to Have

Experience with serverless architecture, e.g., AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Function.
Experience with security, performance, and scalability optimization.
Experience with NoSQL databases and Message Queue systems.
