Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to shape and launch new features for an AI-powered receptionist platform.
- Develop modern, responsive, and dynamic web interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Design user-friendly interfaces for managing conversational AI settings, knowledge bases, agent behavior testing, and voice agent deployment.
- Develop reusable frontend components and foundational systems to enhance code consistency and development speed.
- Connect client-side applications with backend services via REST APIs, WebSockets, and real-time data streams.
- Work alongside AI and machine learning specialists to integrate advanced language models into accessible user interfaces.
- Enhance application speed, accessibility, stability, and responsiveness for large-scale enterprise environments.
- Lead decisions on frontend architecture and promote strong engineering standards.
- Strengthen development workflows through automated testing, continuous integration and deployment, monitoring, and system observability.
- Guide team members through technical mentorship, code evaluations, and joint troubleshooting.
