WhoisArt GmbH is looking for a Senior Frontend & Full Stack Developer who excels at crafting polished interfaces and is comfortable across the full stack. In this role, you'll take ownership of client projects from architecting solutions to building innovative products, helping shape our technical direction as a hands-on digital team with deep roots in the startup ecosystem.

What You'll Do

Own frontend development with modern technologies like Tailwind CSS.
Build new applications with Phoenix/LiveView (Elixir) while maintaining existing PHP/React projects.
Communicate directly with clients, understand their needs, and help them succeed.
Stay curious and adapt as we evolve our tech stack and development practices.
Help evaluate and integrate new technology to make smart decisions about our future.

What We're Looking For

Deep understanding of modern frontend development with a sharp eye for UI details and user experience.
Mastery of modern CSS and frameworks, specifically Tailwind.
Proven track record of building polished interfaces and crafting solutions within existing design systems.
Eagerness to learn Elixir/Phoenix and functional programming.
Comfort switching between different tech stacks and contexts with an open mindset to explore new technologies.
Experience in modern full stack development with a detail-oriented implementation approach and disciplined testing mindset.
Strong understanding of web frameworks, development practices, and the ability to maintain and modernize existing solutions.
You take ownership and pride in your work, balancing innovation with practical maintenance needs.
Self-reflective learner who incorporates feedback and brings a can-do attitude to challenges.

Nice to Have

Background in functional programming.
Knowledge of modern web tools like CMS, Newsletter platforms, APIs, Analytics, Monitoring, and Cloud services.
Interest in AI.
German language skills.
