Reedsy is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to take ownership of developing high-quality Vue.js applications. You will be responsible for creating responsive, mobile-friendly user interfaces and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring our product vision to life.
What You'll Do
- Develop high-quality, responsive, and mobile-friendly Vue.js applications.
- Create engaging user interactions and data visualizations.
- Work closely with our Back-end engineers and UI designers.
- Help bridge the gap between server and client by consuming RESTful APIs.
- Write unit and functional tests to ensure code quality.
What We're Looking For
- Professional experience building applications with Vue.js.
- A firm understanding of writing maintainable and scalable CSS with Sass.
- Strong JavaScript fundamentals.
- Experience with component-based front-end UI libraries.
- Understanding of the MVC pattern and other object-oriented concepts.
- Experience with version control using Git and GitHub.
- Familiarity with agile development processes.
- Exceptional communication skills.

- Experience optimizing JavaScript applications for performance.
- UX skills.
- Knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Desktop Framework (e.g., Electron), or iOS.

- Salary range: €60k – €90k.
