Jobgether seeks a Senior Frontend Engineer to drive the design and implementation of high-quality, scalable frontend features in a remote, collaborative environment. You will work independently, contribute strategically to product development, and leverage AI coding tools to increase efficiency and quality.

What You'll Do

Develop robust, scalable frontend features using AI-assisted tools to meet business and user requirements.
Implement responsive designs ensuring consistent UI/UX across devices and browsers.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to maintain high quality and knowledge sharing.
Optimize frontend performance using code splitting, lazy loading, caching, and other best practices.
Create wireframes and mockups as needed to visualize and validate UI concepts quickly.
Maintain and enhance the design system, identifying improvement opportunities with AI support.
Contribute to frontend architecture decisions to support scalable and efficient development.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and provide accurate technical assessments.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of professional frontend development experience at an expert level.
Proven experience using AI coding tools in production environments.
Strong prompt engineering skills and ability to evaluate AI-generated code critically for quality, security, and performance.
Self-motivated, autonomous, and effective in remote work settings.
Proficiency with modern frontend tooling, testing frameworks, build tools, and responsive design patterns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document workflows and share knowledge.
