Braze is hiring a Software Engineer for the Cribl AI team. You will integrate cutting-edge Generative AI technologies with the Cribl Product suite to solve real customer problems, working closely with the founding team and a group of highly-skilled engineers to shape the future of search and analytics for observability data.
What You'll Do
- Productionize, launch, and operate AI-based technology integrations into Cribl’s core products.
- Partner with product and design leaders to prototype and experiment with new AI features.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends.
- Perform stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties.
What We're Looking For
- 5-8+ years of professional frontend engineering experience with modern web technologies.
- Proven experience designing and scaling complex React-based web applications.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience building AI agent-driven conversational user interfaces.
- Familiarity with LLM application patterns like RAG, agents, and prompt engineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain complex topics to varied stakeholders in remote environments.
