Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain user interface components for internal platforms that display product performance data
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather, interpret, and implement technical and platform requirements
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate and actionable representation of their features in analytics tools
- Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to clarify and refine project and tooling needs
- Influence how product quality is measured and enhanced across the platform at scale
- Guide and support junior and mid-level frontend engineers through mentorship
- Improve frontend engineering standards across teams by sharing best practices, contributing to design systems, and aligning approaches across groups
