Responsibilities
- Own vertical slices of the Editor platform, taking end-to-end responsibility for complex projects from design to deployment.
- Find the smallest possible increments to deliver value to our customers as quickly as possible.
- Partner closely with Product and UX to dissect complex requirements into well-designed and well-executed software.
- Lead technical design decisions and tradeoffs, balancing long-term architecture with immediate product needs.
- Be a core contributor to our Creative Engineering Group, ensuring our frontend and core packages remain performant and scalable.
- Act as a mentor and technical guide, elevating the team through constructive code reviews and sharing your expertise.
- Drive projects forward independently and proactively dispatching roadblocks.
