Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain reusable UI components and libraries that support the continuous evolution of the design system.
- Create responsive, accessible, and high-performance user workflows compatible across devices and browsers.
- Partner with Design, Product, and Backend teams to ensure cohesive and seamless end-to-end user experiences.
- Write and maintain comprehensive test suites including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure system reliability.
- Lead code reviews and contribute to frontend architectural documentation, promoting engineering best practices.
- Guide and support junior developers to strengthen team capabilities and encourage technical growth.
- Identify and advance improvements in frontend systems, focusing on code quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
