Jobgether is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to design and build scalable, maintainable user interfaces for our global user base. In this remote role, you will lead large-scale projects, influence development strategies, and mentor engineers while working closely with cross-functional partners.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain frontend components across the full product lifecycle, ensuring usability, performance, and scalability.
- Lead and own projects end-to-end, from design to deployment, influencing the long-term vision of the team.
- Collaborate with backend developers, QA engineers, UX designers, and product owners to implement high-quality solutions.
- Mentor and support other frontend engineers to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Implement state-of-the-art frontend experiences using modern frameworks and tools.
- Contribute ideas for product enhancements and productivity improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience designing and developing highly scalable web applications.
- Expert knowledge of ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Proficiency with the React ecosystem, including React, Redux, Webpack, and related technologies.
- Familiarity with React Query, CSS Modules, Jest, Cypress/WebDriverIO, and Storybook.
- Practical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), unit testing, and end-to-end automation.
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and responsive design principles.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
