TOGGL is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer - Monetization to build user-facing features using React and related technologies to support product growth efforts. You will work at the intersection of speed, design, and experimentation to improve team onboarding and conversion flows.
What You'll Do
- Lead and build rapid product experiments across Track and Suite.
- Translate hypotheses into UI solutions in collaboration with Product Designers.
- Optimize frontend performance for speed and usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship end-to-end experiments.
- Maintain high code quality and conduct code reviews.
- Proactively help reduce experiment scope and improve implementation speed through pragmatic design and technical suggestions.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience with JavaScript, React, and preferably Redux (and a side-effect library like Redux-Saga).
- Comfortable working with TypeScript, HTML, CSS and modern frontend stacks.
- Experience leading development projects and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Understands experimentation and can balance technical debt vs speed.
- Experience designing or co-creating simple UI/UX flows (no design tools required).
- Proactive, detail-aware, and able to simplify complexity.
- Communicates clearly and works well in a remote, async-first team.
- Eager to mentor junior engineers and contribute to the engineering culture.
- Excellent English communication skills.

- Compensation: €73,000 annually.
