As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a key role in developing mobile applications that support health workers in underserved communities worldwide. These applications integrate cutting-edge computer vision algorithms, intuitive UX design, and workflow tools while ensuring optimal performance on low-end hardware and in environments with limited connectivity. Our client’s frontend stack is built using React Native with Redux for state management, and native components in JavaScript, Swift, and Java. Their mobile apps communicate with a cloud-based backend hosted on AWS for authentication, data uploads, and analytics. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain mobile app features using JavaScript, Swift, and Java. - Ensure high-quality, scalable, and efficient code by conducting thorough testing and peer code reviews. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and build features that meet product requirements. - Continuously analyze app performance, user feedback, and industry trends to drive improvements. - Monitor production environments and troubleshoot issues as they arise. - Champion privacy, security, and regulatory compliance best practices.
