Responsibilities
- Build front end components for a major site migration supporting a global automotive brand based in the United States
- Translate design mockups into precise, responsive user interfaces with high visual accuracy
- Partner with back-end development teams to seamlessly integrate UI code while ensuring consistent behavior across browsers
- Collaborate within a larger project team, understanding team dynamics and role-specific expectations
- Define technical standards for the presentation layer of web applications
- Deliver intermediate artifacts including style guide elements, technical documentation, browser and market research, prototypes, and proof of concepts
- Support project planning by contributing to effort estimates and helping draft technical and business requirement documents
Responsibilities
- Developing front end code as part of a site migration for a US-based automotive global brand
- Implement high fidelity, responsive UI layouts from creative comps
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate UI code in applications ensuring cross-browser compatibility of UI code across
- Work as a team member on a large account, understanding how the team operates and what is expected of the various roles on the project
- Establish presentation layer technical requirements
- Produce interim deliverables (such as style guide components, technical specifications, browser and market analysis, prototypes, proofs of concept, etc.) in addition to the final live site or application
- Participate in project estimation and contribute to authoring of technical and business requirement documentation
