Responsibilities

• Co-own the financial and business performance data end to end
• Partner with Accounting, RevOps, and the Data team to co-own the quality and velocity of core financial data and metrics
• Write SQL queries to pull and validate data directly from source systems (drivetrain, Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake)
• Own and champion core finance metrics and driver-based forecasts including ARR, invoicing, headcount, gross margin
• Drive the quarterly forecasting cycle in partnership with budget owners
• Ensure financial numbers are clear, reliable, and auditable
• Lead automation initiatives including the entire sales commissions process
• Automate monthly and ad hoc reporting and budget vs actuals
• Build and manage a dedicated FP&A requests and business performance channel
• Serve as the centralized hub for incoming commercial queries
• Develop a churn early-warning view
• Collaborate with Technical Success and RevOps to drive high-impact retention actions
• Play a direct role in building robust forecasting, financial reporting, and data infrastructure in preparation for an IPO
