Spruce is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as a key technical point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for the on-site implementation, customization, and optimization of our platform to meet specific client needs.

What You'll Do

Work directly with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement, integrate, and customize the Spruce platform within client environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during deployment and post-launch.
Act as a bridge between the customer and internal engineering/product teams, conveying feedback and feature requests.
Develop tools, scripts, and documentation to streamline the deployment process and improve client self-service.

What We're Looking For

5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Consultant.
Proven ability to architect, deploy, and debug complex software systems in production.
Strong programming skills with experience in scripting and automation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to travel as needed to support client engagements.
