Responsibilities
- Lead strategic, financial, and business planning efforts to advance organizational expansion, especially in the K-12 physical school environment.
- Monitor and enhance organizational financial performance through business analysis, key performance indicators, and portfolio evaluation.
- Advocate for and implement technology solutions, automation, and business intelligence systems to improve efficiency, reporting precision, and forecasting.
- Deliver data-driven insights and financial models to support decision-making across school leadership, operations, shared services, and development teams.
- Design, manage, and interpret complex data structures to generate actionable business intelligence.
- Manage the development, upkeep, and distribution of detailed monthly financial and operational reports.
- Work cross-functionally to gather, assess, and communicate data for multi-departmental projects.
- Serve as the primary contact for Shared Service Accounting on billing, collections, and general ledger matters.
