Cashlink Technologies GmbH is hiring a Senior Finance Manager (m/w/d) for a part-time role (~20% / 8 hours per week). You will be responsible for the core financial operations including accounting, controlling, annual financial statements, payroll, and regulatory reporting within our regulated FinTech environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage accounting including invoice processing and timely payment approval, ensuring all postings are correct and traceable.
- Review controlling fundamentals, organize and lead controlling meetings with budget managers, and ensure transparent budget management.
- Prepare annual financial statements according to HGB and RechKredV, manage the annual audit, and adhere to tight deadlines, especially regarding BaFin and Bundesbank requirements.
- Review payroll and take over operational processing in case of substitution to ensure smooth operations.
- Steer collaboration with external partners such as tax advisors, health and social insurance providers, and coordinate the change of tax advisor office.
- Create regular financial reports for the advisory board and shareholders, monitor supervisory reporting, and ensure all regulatory requirements (RechKredV, BaFin, Bundesbank) are met.
What We're Looking For
- More than 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Experience in preparing annual financial statements, audits, and in the payroll area.
- Ability to work independently, structured, and responsibly, set priorities correctly even under tight deadlines, and convince through accuracy and care.
- Strong communication skills, enjoy working with different stakeholders, and operate confidently in remote teams with asynchronous communication.
- A pronounced compliance mindset, process-oriented thinking, and the ability to implement topics quickly and pragmatically.
- Fluent in German and English.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a regulated environment and knowledge of RechKredV.
- Background in financial services or FinTech environment and knowledge in the area of digital assets.
- Experience with reporting in VC-funded FinTechs and ideally experience with reporting and regulatory reporting.
