About the Role

Derex Technologies Inc is hiring a Key Account Manager (m/w/d) to lead sales and results in the regional territory. You will be instrumental in bringing therapies and technologies to university hospitals, intensive care units, transplantation centers, and oncology facilities.

What You'll Do

  • Take over sales and results responsibility in your territory with a focus on university hospitals, intensive care units, transplantation centers, and oncology facilities.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with doctors, hospital management, and opinion leaders on an equal footing and with a long-term perspective.
  • Analyze market potential, implement sales strategies, and lead projects independently to success.
  • Work interdisciplinary with Medical, Market Access, Marketing, and Sales to bring therapies and technologies where they make the biggest difference.
  • Represent the company at professional events, congresses, and training courses as the face of a strong brand with a real mission.

What We're Looking For

  • Completed university degree in natural sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or qualification as a certified pharmaceutical representative.
  • Experience in hospital sales (Pharma or Medical Devices).
  • Communication skills, strategic thinking, and enthusiasm for sustainable relationships.
  • Willingness to travel and confident handling of CRM and MS Office systems.

Nice to Have

  • For Medical Devices: Expertise in Intensive Care, Critical Care, Transplantation, or Oncology.
  • For Pharma: Experience in complex indications – any therapeutic area welcome.

Work Mode
