Derex Technologies Inc is hiring a Senior Sales Manager / Account Executive to actively expand new customer business and implement strategic pricing models for our SaaS company serving the public sector.
What You'll Do
- Take strategic and operational responsibility for the entire sales process from acquisition to closing.
- Acquire new customers in the segment of medium-sized municipalities with 15,000–80,000 inhabitants.
- Conduct online demos, customer meetings, and presentations at industry events.
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships and manage long-term contract renewals.
- Collaborate with partners and multipliers to strengthen our market position.
- Maintain the sales pipeline in the CRM system and create accurate forecasts.
- Observe market trends and provide feedback for the further development of our product portfolio.
What We're Looking For
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B software sales, ideally with a focus on public sector clients.
- Demonstrable success in new customer acquisition and building sustainable customer relationships.
- Completed business or technical degree or comparable training.
- Confident presence at decision-maker level and strong negotiation skills.
- Understanding of public decision-making and procurement processes.
- Strategic thinking, goal orientation, and a hands-on mentality.
- Proficient use of CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
