Derex Technologies Inc is hiring a Setter / Vertrieb to join our high-performance sales team driving growth in the short-term rental consulting sector. You'll be the crucial first point of contact, qualifying leads and setting the stage for successful sales conversations.
What You'll Do
- Conduct daily conversations with interested leads to identify genuine sales potential.
- Lead structured initial consultations to assess lead motivation and fit, preparing them for handoff to the closer.
- Coordinate sales appointments with the closing team and ensure high show-up rates.
- Document all conversation details cleanly in HubSpot, adhere to KPIs, and contribute ideas to improve the sales funnel.

Team & Environment
You'll join a 1-10 person core sales team within a young, dynamic, and high-performance company culture. You'll work closely with a closer team as part of a team-oriented group that organizes workations.
