Blend360 is hiring a Senior Figma Designer

What is this position about? • Design intuitive, enterprise-grade user interfaces and experiences using Figma, with a focus on clarity, consistency, and scalability across complex product surfaces. • Lead the end-to-end UX design of data review and approval workflows, translating business requirements into structured, user-centered design solutions. • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final design specifications. • Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and reusable patterns within Figma to ensure visual and functional consistency across the product. • Conduct and synthesize user research, stakeholder feedback, and usability findings to inform and iterate on design decisions. • Deliver high-fidelity prototypes and annotated design documentation that enable smooth handoff to development teams. • Contribute to design critiques and cross-functional reviews, advocating for the user perspective throughout the product development lifecycle. • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, engagement-based model — this is a dedicated 6-week, full-time assignment requiring strong autonomy and delivery focus.
