About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead regional marketing strategy for the EMEA market
- Design and manage localized demand generation campaigns
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
- Plan and execute field events, including conferences, webinars, and customer meetups
- Develop regional messaging and positioning tailored to local audiences
- Track and report on campaign performance using key marketing metrics
- Manage regional marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation
- Work with global marketing teams to adapt central campaigns for local relevance
- Build relationships with regional partners and technology alliances
- Support product launches with market-specific go-to-market plans
- Generate qualified leads through targeted digital and offline initiatives
- Use market insights to refine marketing tactics and improve ROI
- Represent the brand at industry events and public speaking opportunities
- Coordinate with content teams to produce regionally relevant assets
- Ensure brand consistency across all regional marketing activities
- Drive customer retention and advocacy through engagement programs
- Monitor regional competition and adapt strategies accordingly
- Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools for campaign execution
- Provide input on regional market trends to global product and marketing teams
- Mentor junior marketing team members when applicable
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in all campaigns
