The Senior Field Engineer supports robotic and surgical technologies in clinical environments across Silesia, Lower Silesia, and Małopolska. This role involves technical service, preventive maintenance, and coordination with clinical and technical teams. Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain robotic systems and capital equipment from the Robotics & CST portfolio.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and perform complex repairs on medical devices.
- Diagnose technical issues, document service actions, and report findings according to quality standards.
- Operate in compliance with safety protocols, including in areas with ionizing radiation exposure.
- Collaborate with sales, clinical, and technical teams to deliver high-quality customer support.
Requirements
- Experience servicing capital equipment or robotic systems.
- Multiple years in a Field Service Engineer or similar technical field role.
- Ability to operate in clinical environments and assist medical personnel directly.
- Willingness to travel and perform field-based work within the assigned region.
- Understanding of quality management systems and safety principles for medical devices.
- Fluent English communication skills for technical documentation and interactions.
Nice to Have
- Prior work experience in environments with ionizing radiation exposure.
- Hands-on experience with robotic surgical systems.
- Background supporting Surgical Imaging systems.

Compensation
146,400.00 PLN - 219,600.00 PLN yearly. Eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP)
