SafetyCulture is looking for a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager specializing in the Retail sector. In this role, you will be the primary strategic partner for our enterprise retail clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our platform and fostering long-term, high-value partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders at enterprise retail clients.
- Develop and execute strategic success plans to drive platform adoption, expansion, and renewal.
- Analyze customer health metrics and proactively manage risk to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to advocate for customer needs and ensure a seamless experience.
- Lead business reviews and articulate the ROI and value delivered through the SafetyCulture platform.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing a portfolio of enterprise-level clients, specifically within the Retail industry.
- Expertise in developing and executing strategic account plans, managing complex renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate customer data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging effectively with C-suite and executive-level contacts.
Work Mode
This role offers a hybrid work model. Candidates must be located in or near Austin, TX or Kansas City.
