Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Senior Enterprise Campaign Manager to lead strategic, data-driven marketing campaigns targeting key enterprise accounts. You will collaborate cross-functionally to build and execute multi-channel campaigns that accelerate pipeline growth and drive measurable business impact.
What You'll Do
- Define and lead the execution of high-touch account-based marketing campaigns targeting enterprise customers.
- Identify target accounts, build account lists, and align campaign objectives with sales and revenue operations teams.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to scale personalization, automate workflows, and innovate beyond traditional campaign methods.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to ensure messaging aligns with product positioning and customer needs.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns including email, digital ads, direct mail, webinars, and events in partnership with channel teams.
- Utilize ABM platforms and marketing automation tools to orchestrate and measure campaigns.
- Analyze campaign data to provide insights and recommendations that optimize engagement and conversion rates.
- Maintain clear documentation of campaign strategies, processes, and performance metrics for internal visibility.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 2–3 years focused on account-based marketing or demand generation.
- Proven success developing and executing ABM campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance demand generation and ABM tactics at scale.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase and marketing automation/CRM tools like Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
- Creative and proactive problem-solver committed to continuous improvement.
