Responsibilities

Requirements
- Have deep, hands-on experience using AI to accelerate the software development lifecycle, such as improving how code is written, reviewed, or refactored.
- Have strong judgment on when to rely on AI versus traditional engineering approaches to solve complex technical problems.
- Have experience leading and managing teams that build and operate systems at a high-traffic scale (e.g., multi-region, cloud-native)
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead engineering teams through major architectural transitions while maintaining high delivery speed and team morale.
- Have a solid technical background related to the whole SDLC and can support and unblock your teams in complex technical discussions.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in R&D, AI Solutions or related fields
- Approach software development with a lean, proactive, and positive mindset, balancing impact and long-term sustainable development, with a strong accountability for delivering high-quality solutions.
