About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic alliances with key industry partners

- Identify expansion opportunities within existing client accounts
- Manage contract negotiations and partnership agreements
- Track performance metrics related to client success and partnership outcomes
- Serve as primary point of contact for high-value clients
- Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to resolve client challenges
- Design and implement client education and support programs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and partner landscapes
- Present quarterly business reviews to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between partnership goals and organizational strategy
- Lead onboarding and training for new partnership team members
- Evaluate partner performance and recommend optimization strategies
- Foster a culture of accountability and client-centric service delivery
- Support the development of service level agreements and success benchmarks
- Manage escalations and critical client issues promptly
- Contribute to product and service enhancements based on client insights
- Maintain accurate records in the client relationship management system
