GPS Group Peer Support is hiring a Director of Partnerships & Client Success

About the Role

Lead the development and execution of partnership strategies while overseeing client success initiatives to drive retention, satisfaction, and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic alliances with key industry partners
  • Lead client onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration and early engagement
  • Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback
  • Drive retention strategies through proactive account management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing client accounts
  • Manage contract negotiations and partnership agreements
  • Track performance metrics related to client success and partnership outcomes
  • Serve as primary point of contact for high-value clients
  • Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to resolve client challenges
  • Design and implement client education and support programs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and partner landscapes
  • Present quarterly business reviews to clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment between partnership goals and organizational strategy
  • Lead onboarding and training for new partnership team members
  • Evaluate partner performance and recommend optimization strategies
  • Foster a culture of accountability and client-centric service delivery
  • Support the development of service level agreements and success benchmarks
  • Manage escalations and critical client issues promptly
  • Contribute to product and service enhancements based on client insights
  • Maintain accurate records in the client relationship management system
  • Report on key performance indicators to senior leadership
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Promote best practices in client engagement and partnership development
  • Participate in industry events to strengthen partner networks
