GPS provides training for facilitators, equipping professionals, peer specialists, and community leaders with skills in trauma-responsive group facilitation. Programs include GPS for Recovery, GPS for New Parents, GPS for Workplace Wellness, and MASStrong, a free training initiative for healthcare workers in Massachusetts.
The model integrates mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing within a strengths-based framework.
