Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust internal tools to support engineering teams
- Collaborate with developers to understand pain points in current workflows
- Improve build, deployment, and testing pipelines through automation
- Maintain and enhance existing tooling infrastructure
- Ensure tools meet security and compliance standards
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Document tooling architecture and usage guidelines
- Work closely with platform and infrastructure teams
- Optimize developer experience through user feedback
- Evaluate new technologies for potential integration
- Drive best practices in code quality and maintainability
- Support incident response related to tooling systems
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
- Contribute to roadmap planning for tooling initiatives
- Promote reusability and consistency across internal systems
