As a Senior Engineer in Building Civils, you will take ownership of civil design deliverables while leading teams through the full project lifecycle. You'll apply advanced knowledge in stormwater, hydraulics, sewerage, earthworks, road networks, and pavement systems to develop technically sound, safe, and efficient designs. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and coordination of civil engineering designs, ensuring alignment with project goals and multidisciplinary requirements
- Perform detailed calculations, produce technical drawings, and prepare comprehensive reports using industry-standard software
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth and strengthening team capabilities
- Act as technical lead on small to medium projects, guiding design quality, timelines, and compliance

Technical Requirements

Proficiency in Civil3D, Revit, Navisworks, ACC360, SWMM, EPANET, and Dynamo is essential. Experience applying BIM methodologies in collaborative environments is required.
