- Promote AI-powered development by actively using tools such as Cursor and Claude, and support team members in mastering prompt engineering and efficient workflows.
- Explain technical decisions and compromises clearly to both engineering teams and business stakeholders to align on strategic priorities.
- Ensure systems are reliable and well-documented by driving improvements in service-level objectives, monitoring, and operational clarity.
