Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or business operations in technology companies
- Demonstrated expertise in product metrics, analytics, and data-driven decision making
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Experience designing scalable processes and operational frameworks for growing organizations
- Proficiency with product management tools (Jira, Productboard, or equivalent) and analytics platforms
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence without authority
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to drive productivity and improve operational efficiency
Nice to Have
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, enterprise software, or risk management platforms
- Background in scaling product operations in organizations with 500+ person engineering teams
- Experience with OKR frameworks, product portfolio management, or agile/scaled agile methodologies
- Track record of driving meaningful improvements in product delivery velocity, quality, or customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with multi-platform product ecosystems and vertical integration models
- Experience implementing AI-driven tools to enhance product operations and team productivity
